Equipped with automatic electrostatic spray guns featuring DVC (Digital Valve Control) and PCC (Precise Current Control) technology with current resolution ≤1 µA, precisely regulating powder charge and atomization pattern. Rapid Color Change Powder Supply Center
Adopts a movable dual-booth system with dense-phase pump conveyance. Powder recovery via a large cyclone and high-efficiency filter achieves 98% closed-loop utilization, with residual powder per color change <5 g to avoid cross-contamination.
Curing System
